Does Your Computer Doctor offer international shipping?
We are currently unable to accept or process any orders outside of Australia.
What credit cards do you accept?
Currently, we only accept VISA and MASTERCARD. Phone orders will only be accepted from pre-existing customers who have at least had three orders previously. We do not currently accept credit cards online.
Will I be charged shipping for each item I purchase?
We calculate shipping and handling costs by shipment. Your orders can come in one or more shipments , depending on what is ordered. Usually your order would come in one shipment; however, this may cause delays if your products are backordered at the time you order them.
If I ordered today, when would I be likely receive my order?
If we have all the products available in stock, you will be able to pick them up from our store within 2 business hours. Otherwise, please allow up to five business days, assuming the products you ordered are still available on the market.
Returns / Exchanges
How do I exchange or return a defective product?
If a product you have purchased from us is defective, you may return it to us as long as you match certain conditions as listed on our website (click here) and on the invoice you would have received with your order. The product must be returned in it's original packaging, and you must present the invoice alongside the product.
Can I purchase online, and then pick up my order from the company store? Yes, however, we do recommend allowing us at least two business hours to prepare your order. We also ask that you call us before arriving to ensure we have your order prepared, or the products in stock.
If I return a product, how long do I have to wait for an exchange?
When you return a product, please allow up to seven (7) business days to process and verify the product. Please note that software is not returnable.
