Q. Why can't I uninstall WinXP Antivirus 2009 / AV 360 / WinXP Internet Security 2009? A. Your computer is infected with spyware and viruses, and needs to be cleaned up by a malware removal tool. Such as Antivirus software.
Q. Why is my computer infected with viruses, even though I have an Antivirus installed? A. Antivirus software will not detect all viruses; they will, however, slow them from infecting your computer. It is easier to create a virus than it is to defend against them.
Q. Why isn't Microsoft Office installed on my new computer that came with Microsoft Windows XP or Vista? A. Microsoft Office is not bundled with Microsoft Windows, it is separate software. When purchasing a new computer, you will need to purchase Microsoft Office also.
Q. I have just reinstalled Microsoft Windows XP Professional after my computer crashed, why can't I open my Microsoft Excel documents? A. After reinstalling Windows, you will need to re-install all of your software, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office 2000/2003/2007, MYOB, Quickbooks/Quicken, Photoshop/Video editing software, Nero and other CD burning software.
Q. I have just reinstalled Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 1, why won't some of my software install or work after installing? A. Q. I have just burned my videos to a DVD using the built-in Windows XP CD Burning software, but it doesn't play on my DVD player. What have I done wrong? A. The built in CD Burning software that is bundled with Windows can only burn files to CD's as they are. They will not be converted to DVD format (to be played in a DVD Player). There are commercial CD/DVD burning tools that allow this functionality.
Q. Why can't I hear the sound from my DVD movie? Or from a video I downloaded from the internet? A. Most video formats don't come with Windows, and you will need to install additional software to play these kinds of videos. The most common video format downloaded from the internet is DivX, which software for it can be found at www.divx.com, for DVD's, there are hundreds of DVD playing software out there, such as Power DVD and Nero.
