• 1 Year warranty on all new purchases except for keyboards and mouse have only 3 month warranty.
• Debt Recovery cost will be charged if an invoice is not settled within 90 days.
• A penalty of 1.5% per month or part thereof will be charged for late settlement of invoices.

• All claims/returns will not be accepted unless made within 7 days from the date of invoice.
• In case goods are returned within thus period, a re-stocking fee equivalent to 20% of the cost of the goods will be charged. All software is NOT returnable. No refunds will be provided for any opened product.
